  • Only participants aged 18 and over are allowed to participate in this experience - proof of age ID may be required for people under 25, as per RSA guidelines
  • All liquor licensing requirements in Queensland will be adhered to
  • All Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements will be adhered to, including but not limited to proof of age and intoxication
  • Bookings are highly recommended, especially during holiday periods, due to the limited availability
  • The distillery experience is restricted to 10 people for participant comfort
  • Closed footwear is highly recommended for participant safety. No bare feet are allowed
  • The distillery experience is wheelchair accessible and suitable for all mobility assistance aids. Tour and access surfaces include paved areas and concrete and hardwood floors
  • There are no steps or stairs at the venue
  • There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet onsite

  • Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
